As a lifelong klutz, this month’s Quilt Block Mania theme of “Tea Time” meant that the appropriate pattern for me would be the traditionally pieced block called Broken Sugar Bowl. As with all of the variations on the classic Jacob’s Ladder block, this is an easy pattern appropriate for beginning piecers.
This block is part of Quilt Block Mania. A group of designers agreed to create quilt block patterns based on one theme. We hope to introduce you to a wide variety of designers and techniques while you have fun creating your own quilt.
Ready for your broken sugar bowl quilt block?
All of my Quilt Block Mania patterns are free for one month or when the next block is released, whichever comes first.
