Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

pdf patterns & digital downloads

PDF patterns and digital downloads will not be shipped to you. Your files will be available to download onto your own device once payment is confirmed.

 

downloading a digital item

After your payment has been confirmed, a link will be sent to you that you can use to access the download. Creating an account will allow you to keep all of your purchased download links together for easy access. Please be sure to download all purchased patterns to your own personal device or cloud account. The number of downloads from the website may be limited depending on the product.

shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via e-mail.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

pdf patterns & digital downloads

Once you have downloaded an item, I do not offer a refund on that item. If you have a problem with the download, please e-mail me with details and we’ll work together to resolve the issue.

returns

You have seven (7) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and you must include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.

refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you via e-mail on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) for the price you paid for the item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the policies and practices of your chosen method of payment (e.g. PayPal or Stripe).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
