Let’s sew along with Fat Quarter Shop and Sherri and Chelsi from A Quilting Life!
It’s our third month of stitching up the Brightly Sampler quilt from Sherri and Chelsi’s new book, Family Favorites.
You’ll need a copy of the book and the fabrics of your choice. Read more about the fabric requirements at the Fat Quarter Shop’s blog, the Jolly Jabber. You can order a fabric kit, backing, and a foundation paper set, or work from your own fabric pantry.
I’m sewing with the Ruby Star Society collection Endpaper by Jen Hewett, supplemented by other complementary Ruby Star fabrics. With only two blocks to stitch per month, it’ll be a breeze to keep up!
This month, we move on to a pair of Fancy blocks–despite the name, they’re quite simple to make.
I chose cool fabrics for these two blocks. Next month, I’ll warm things up a little!
